VOID CHAT Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VOID CHAT (the “App”), including our website at https://voidchat.tech. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Who we are

3. Eligibility (age)
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The App is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it. If you are 13–17, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission where required by law.
4. Accounts
To create an account we only need an email address or a phone number (plus a password, or Google / Apple sign-in). We do not require any other personal information to sign up. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. Do not share your login. Notify us if you believe your account was compromised. One person may not create accounts to evade a ban.
5. What the App provides
The App offers private messaging, groups, social posts, reels, Beams (public pages), snaps, and optional VOID coins. Features may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially on a weak or offline connection — your data syncs to the cloud when a connection is available.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: break the law; harass, threaten, or exploit others; post sexual content involving minors; spam, scrape, or reverse-engineer the App; upload malware; impersonate others; or use the App to sell illegal goods. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Your content (UGC)
You own the messages, photos, videos, and posts you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit, and display that content so the App can work (including syncing to your other devices). We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for it.
8. Moderation, reporting, and blocking
You can block other users and report abuse in the App. We review reports and may remove content or ban accounts. We are not obligated to monitor every message. End-to-end encrypted chats cannot be read by us in transit; we still act on reports we receive and on public posts, reels, and Beams.
9. VOID coins
VOID coins are a virtual in-app balance. They are not real money, not a security, and not redeemable for cash unless we clearly say otherwise in writing. Rewards (welcome bonus after two reels, daily login, referrals) may change. Buying or transferring coins does not create a bank or payment account.
10. Device permissions
Camera, microphone, photos, contacts, and location are optional. The App asks only when you use a feature that needs them (for example camera for snaps, contacts to find friends). You can deny a permission; that feature will not work until you allow it.
11. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the App at any time. Request account deletion by emailing us from the address on your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. After deletion we remove or anonymise personal data except where we must keep a record (for example to handle abuse or legal claims).
12. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is”. We are not liable for user-generated content, lost messages during outages, or damages beyond what applicable law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. Material changes may be highlighted in the App.
