How to request deletion

1. Email support@voidchat.tech from the email address registered on your account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your VOID CHAT username or phone number if you signed up with phone, so we can find the right account.
4. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account and associated data.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymise personal data tied to that account, including profile details and user-generated content stored with your account (such as posts, reels, Beams, and messages synced to the cloud).

• Account credentials and sign-in identity (email and/or phone)
• Profile information you added (display name, username, photo, bio)
• Cloud-synced chats, groups, follows, and media associated with the account

We may keep limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, or law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Timeline

We process deletion after we verify the request. Backups may take a short time to expire. After that, account data is no longer retained except for the limited records noted above.
